Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery or UPI on all eligible orders across most pin codes in India.
How long does delivery take?
We deliver within 7 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email. You can use it to track your order in real-time.
My pin code isn't serviceable. What do I do?
If your area isn't currently covered by our delivery partners, our support team will contact you to arrange an alternative or cancel the order with a full refund.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
You can cancel or modify your order before it has been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation isn’t possible. To request changes, contact us at support@everdrop.store as soon as possible.
